Meet our Therapist - Suzanne Webb, LMSW, C-DBT
Hello! I'm Suzanne Webb, a licensed therapist (LMSW) with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan. I am also a Certified DBT Therapist (C-DBT), specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
If you or your teen are struggling with depression, self-harm, or emotional dysregulation, I am here to provide the support and tools you need to navigate these challenges. My passion for helping others led me to pursue a career in therapy, where I can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
In my practice, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your feelings and work towards your goals. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and evidence-based practices, particularly DBT, which equips you with practical skills to manage your emotions and improve your relationships. Through our work together, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and build resilience to face life's challenges.
