• All sessions are conducted virtually via a secure telehealth platform.
• Therapy sessions are conducted by licensed mental health professionals in accordance with state regulations.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, distraction-free space for their virtual therapy sessions.
• It is the client's responsibility to use a compatible device with video and audio capabilities for teletherapy.
• Emerge Mental Health is not responsible for technical difficulties, including connectivity issues, that may arise during a session.

• All appointments are conducted exclusively online.
• Clients must ensure they are located in Michigan at the time of their session.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-canceled appointments may be subject to a fee.

• Individual therapy sessions: $200 per session
• Unlimited DBT phone coaching: $125 per month
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept [insert accepted payment methods].
• Clients are responsible for checking their insurance coverage if seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

• All therapy sessions are confidential and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Exceptions to confidentiality apply in cases of imminent harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or when required by law.
