• Individual therapy sessions are $175 per session (Intake Session is $200) 
• Unlimited DBT phone coaching is available for a monthly rate of $125

We understand that upfront therapy costs can be a barrier to getting the support you need. That’s why we partner with Thrizer, a service that lowers your out-of-pocket costs for therapy. Instead of paying the full session fee upfront, you only pay your co-insurance while Thrizer covers the rest. Your insurance then reimburses Thrizer, so you don’t have to wait weeks to get your money back.

If you must cancel your appointment, please contact your therapist as soon as possible. You will be charged $75 for appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
